About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sodexo. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and contributing to our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including coordinating meetings, managing emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Welcome and direct clients and visitors, answering their inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and tidy at all times.
  • Assist with the organization of events and conferences, including catering and logistical arrangements.
  • Liaise with building management to resolve any issues related to facilities maintenance.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
