Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lubi Electronics. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with advertising job openings on external platforms, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews to ensure timely hiring processes.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Collaborate with the HR team to prepare and organize onboarding materials, coordinate orientation sessions, and facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records of employee information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws.
  • HR Administration: Provide support with HR-related paperwork, including contract preparation, policy updates, and performance evaluations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Training and Development: Assist in coordinating employee training sessions or workshops to enhance knowledge and skills within the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Support the HR team in ensuring that all HR practices comply with company policies and relevant labor laws to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR practices, employee management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
