We are excited to announce that Uni Klinger Limited is hiring for a Sales Professional position As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads, pursuing customers, and negotiating orders to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of lead generation and conversion. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generation of leads from existing customers and acquisition of new business accounts
  • Market penetration with consultants and end-users
  • Techno-commercial submission of offers as per Standard Operating Process in Sales Force CRM
  • Pursuit of customers to convert leads into purchase orders
  • Negotiation with customers to achieve a win-win situation and closure of orders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 6-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment manufacturing sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: ₹28,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
