Global Account Management Role Overview
The Global Account Manager is responsible for driving growth and maximizing global account penetration through strategic development and exploitation of key customer relationships.
This role requires a seasoned professional who can act as an interface between the customer and our organization, advocating for the customer's interests and demonstrating long-term dedication.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth of assigned key accounts across multiple divisions, business units, and segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at key customer organizations.
- Coordinate international sales teams to drive business results and achieve sales targets.
- Provide strategic leadership and support to cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share through targeted account management initiatives.
