Marketing Officer

True Care Hospital is looking for a marketing officer activities, business development person with good communication skills and a positive attitude.[Need to achieve sales targets]

Responsible for marketing activities such as Presentations Seminars, and camps.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Drive overall business operations (marketing & business development) by conceptualizing & implementing sound business strategies for the accomplishment of marketing targets.
- Formulate long-term / short-term strategic plans, and budgets to enhance sales, and conduct negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth.
- Design, develop and implement marketing programs area-wise.

Plan and schedule customer calls and visit customers as per planned and targeted call frequency
- Develop new customers and generate sales
- Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly and annually
- Strong follow ups on order booking, new requirements and payment collection
- Handle customer complaints and communicate with seniors and provide solution
- Retain existing customers and take references
- Daily reporting to reporting system is must
- Good in communication for both verbal / written with negotiation skills.
- This is an individual contributor role and positions primary responsibility is to achieve new sales revenues for the company.
- Ready to travel throughout the state
- Plan and schedule tours for maximum area coverage
- previous experience in sales and marketing of medical devices and consumable are preferred
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel, and MS Office APPs.
- Social media Management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales and marketing of medical devices / consumable
- Good communication skills
- Timely report to head of department and online reporting system
- Confident to enter doctors chamber and introduce self and company products professionally
- Go-getter attitude with minimum supervision
- Strong sales personality

**Education**

UG : B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management, B.Pharma in Pharmacy

PG : Other Post Graduate, MBA/PGDM in Marketing
