**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Gayathri Machinery’s products and services across multiple channels
- Identify and target potential clients to generate quality sales leads and expand the customer base
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review
- Coordinate with internal departments (such as product development and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and timely delivery of solutions
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate new business opportunities

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in marketing and sales roles, ideally within the machinery, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sectors
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and sales techniques relevant to B2B industrial products
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
