**Designation : Sales & Marketing Executive**

Industry : Hotel Industry

Experience : Freshers Preferred

Salary : 15K to 25K per month

Qualification : UG / MBA Fresher's

Language : English & Tamil

Fixed day shift & 6 day's working

Location : Egmore, Chennai.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Works with General managers to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment.
- Ensure the hotel exceeds budgeted goals.
- Creating a focus on attracting new business.
- Maintain and expand corporate incentive program via direct mail, personal visits, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

**Skills Required**:
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.

*Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

*Knowledge of sales techniques and market trends in hotel industry.

*Goal-oriented and proactive approach to achieving targets.
