Enterprise Account Strategist

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with enterprise clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level contacts at assigned accounts.
  • Provide professional leadership, coordination, and direction to internal and external teams.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive adoption of Citrix products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities consistent with account strategies.
  • Take on responsibility for overall project management, from acquisition of new IT projects to coordination of project participants.
  • Understand and navigate account procurement practices to successfully negotiate profitable licensing contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Citrix products and services.
