This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Manali. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, and optimizing sales opportunities. The role also involves coordinating promotional activities, building customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance.
The ideal candidate will ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded and that our resort continues to attract and retain a discerning clientele. Qualifications Experience in strategic planning, sales strategy development, and market analysis
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
Ability to analyze sales performance data and generate reports
Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
