  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, help them locate products, answer questions, and offer product recommendations.
  • Sales & Payments: Process customer transactions, handle payments (cash and card), and provide receipts.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, rotate stock, ensure proper product placement, and remove expired items.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, displays neat, and the store floor clean, organized, and sanitized.

  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn about new products and recommend appropriate items to customers.
  • Customer Service: Friendly demeanor, excellent communication, and a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately processing payments and ensuring merchandise is correctly displayed and within its expiration date.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff members to achieve sales goals and maintain store operations.
  • Physical Stamina: The ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like stocking shelves.

Other Common Duties

  • Assisting with other departments, such as working as a cashier or bagger.
  • Unloading delivery trucks and organizing stock rooms.
  • Following instructions from managers and adhering to food safety guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
