Server/kitchen Hand

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service Support**:

- Assist in serving food and beverages to guests in restaurants, rooms, or banquet halls.
- Respond quickly and politely to guest needs and requests.
- Refill water glasses, clear used dishes, and maintain tables neatly during service.
- **Setup & Clearing**:

- Prepare the dining area before service - set tables, arrange cutlery, napkins, and glasses.
- Clear tables after meals and reset them for the next guest.
- Assist in setting up buffet counters or event arrangements.
- **Room Service Assistance**:

- Deliver room service orders promptly and courteously.
- Collect trays and dishes from guest rooms after meals.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**:

- Keep restaurant and service areas clean and organized.
- Ensure the pantry and workstations are sanitized and fully stocked.
- **Back-End Support**:

- Carry food from the kitchen to the service area carefully.
- Assist waiters and supervisors during busy hours.
- Maintain hygiene standards while handling food and utensils.
- **Communication**:

- Inform supervisors or waiters if guests raise any complaints or special requests.
- Report any broken or missing items.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of food & beverage service.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Polite behavior and customer service attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
- Teamwork and time management.
