Restaurant Steward

Welcoming Guests and presenting them with a menu in a friendly and timely manner.
- Informing guests about special items and menu changes/availability.
- Assisting guests with recommendations, taking into consideration their preferences and our most profitable items.
- Accurately note/punch food and beverages orders using the provided order slips, relaying them to the kitchen and/or bar and entering them into POS.
- Consistent quality in the preparation of the drink
- Setting up the table with the correct cutlery and condiments pertaining to the guest's order
- Delivered the order items in a timely manner
- Checking with the customers to make sure they are enjoying their meal and taking appropriate action to correct any problems
- Checking with the customers if they have finished their meal and clean/removing dishes
- Accurately prepare, collect and control bills and customer payments
- Maintain a consistent and excellent standard of cleanliness in all aspects of the restaurant
- Perform regular cleaning duties Perform regular control and maintenance of place for smooth operations

- Cutlery and napkins
- Items for drink preparation
- Condiments consistent cleaning and polishing of glasses and teapots
- Handing over the shift in a clean completed and organized manner
- Be informed about the menu items and their ingredients and preparation times
- Maintain and replenish stock levels by placing timely order
- Front and back of the office
- Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
- Ability to deal with and correctly respond to customer complaints
- Collect reviews and like for Instagram, Facebook and Trip advisor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
