Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working methodically and meeting deadlines

This is a full-time position, working 9-to-6 morning shift in Rajkot. Salary range is ₹10-20K per month.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in:
- Answering six-line phone systems and directing calls as required
- Designing and maintaining filing and storage systems in the office
- Scheduling travel arrangements for senior executives and clients, when applicable
- Greeting clients and vendors upon arrival and directing them to appropriate offices
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Retrieving documents and files when requested
- Assisting HR with sorting and collating resumes
- Reading and routing incoming mail and processing outgoing mail
- Light accounting duties
- Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity
- 12th and Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Typing speed: minimum 60 WPM with 90 percent accuracy
- Familiarity with mobile technology
- A pleasant and friendly disposition
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
