Administrative Coordinator

Jupiter Rollform Machines Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle communication and correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with inventory management, procurement, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar back office role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
