Back Office ExecutiveJob Summary:

Jupiter Rollform Machines Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle communication and correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with inventory management, procurement, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Support HR activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar back office role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
