We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Coordinator to prepare, manage, and file documents for our projects.

As a Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. copying, scanning, and storing documents
  2. checking for accuracy and editing files like contracts
  3. reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
  4. distributing project-related copies to internal teams
  5. fileing documents in physical and digital records
  6. creating templates for future use
  7. retrieving files as requested by employees and clients
  8. managing the flow of documentation within the organization
  9. maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement
  10. preparing ad-hoc reports on projects as needed

Requirements for this role include:

  • proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
  • familiarity with project management
  • basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
  • hand-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • proficient typing and editing skills
  • data organization skills
  • attention to detail
  • BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field
