Document Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Coordinator to prepare, manage, and file documents for our projects.
As a Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- copying, scanning, and storing documents
- checking for accuracy and editing files like contracts
- reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- distributing project-related copies to internal teams
- fileing documents in physical and digital records
- creating templates for future use
- retrieving files as requested by employees and clients
- managing the flow of documentation within the organization
- maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement
- preparing ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
Requirements for this role include:
- proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- familiarity with project management
- basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
- hand-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- proficient typing and editing skills
- data organization skills
- attention to detail
- BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field
