About the Role

The Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating office activities and ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage attendance records and maintain accurate monthly records for all team members
  • Coordinate agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management
  • Handle phone calls, correspondence, and maintain office supplies
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Prepare and submit timely reports, and create presentations and proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues and perform tasks as needed
  • Monitor and manage invoices for purchases
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies are an advantage
