Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic Deal Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions, stock trading, and initial public offerings (IPOs).

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or accounting and prior experience in investment banking, financial banking, or underwriting.

The role involves:

  • Developing customized investment banking strategies for clients
  • Evaluating companies to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Creating valuation models to analyze risks and opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline
  • Prior work experience as an investment banker, financial banker, or underwriter
  • Expertise in Merger & Acquisition and securities regulations
