Geographical Sales Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a senior territory sales manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations in a specific geographic region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per annum.
