About the Role

Sweven Infotech is seeking a highly motivated Geographical Area Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, excellent management and leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives in a designated territory
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions
  4. Travel to meet with customers and prospects to present company offerings and build brand awareness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • Proven sales experience and sector-specific knowledge required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
