Executive Director of Omnichannel Sales and Trade

Job Description:
The Executive Director of Omnichannel Sales and Trade is a pivotal role within Sresta Natural Bioproducts Private Limited, overseeing the company's sales and marketing strategies across both modern trade and e-commerce channels. This senior leadership position demands an exceptional individual with in-depth knowledge of consumer goods retail, online marketplaces, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Modern Trade Management: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for modern retail chains, focusing on relationship-building, product placement optimization, and driving sales performance.
- E-Commerce Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of e-commerce strategies across multiple platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), ensuring seamless integration with modern trade initiatives.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor sales performance across both channels, analyzing trends and metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and optimize promotional campaigns.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of sales targets across modern trade and e-commerce channels.
- Increased product visibility, rankings, and conversion rates on e-commerce platforms.
- Successful execution of retail promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Positive growth in customer reviews and engagement on e-commerce platforms.
- Timely delivery of products and fulfillment of orders in both modern trade and online channels.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Modern Trade and/or E-Commerce management roles, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or a related industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Skills: Proven track record in managing relationships with retail partners, negotiating trade terms, pricing, and promotional activities; strong analytical mindset; excellent project management skills; effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Estimated Salary: ₹80 Lakhs - ₹1.20 Crores per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
