Housekeeping Team Lead

This is a senior leadership role in our housekeeping department, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

  • Daily Operations: Manage and direct the housekeeping team to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Oversee the cleaning schedules, budgets, and inventory control systems to meet financial targets.
  • Guest Experience & Quality Assurance: Implement guestroom inspection programs, monitor guest feedback, and collaborate with front office and F&B teams to provide seamless guest experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing supervisors, room attendants, and laundry associates to promote service consistency and career growth.

  • Leadership & Training: Conduct regular training on cleaning techniques, eco-friendly chemicals, grooming, and safety protocols. Foster a positive, disciplined, and guest-focused departmental culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of quality standards and operational excellence.
