Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Overview

As a key member of our housekeeping team, the Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that all guestrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pre-opening plans for guestrooms and public areas, including timelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the project team to finalize guestroom layouts, OS&E procurement, and laundry equipment requirements.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and onboarding of the housekeeping team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Establish and maintain inventory control systems, standard cleaning procedures, linen management, and guest amenity standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that all guestrooms and public areas meet the required standards of cleanliness and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and brand standards, including HACCP and ISO guidelines.
