The Front Office Manager is responsible for the pre-opening phase, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

  • Pre-Opening Phase
  • Recruit, train, and onboard the Front Office team to achieve operational readiness.
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and guest handling protocols aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and go-live of front office systems, including property management systems (PMS) and telephony.
  • Support mock drills and trial runs to prepare the department for operational excellence.

Guest Experience Management

  • Coordinate check-in/check-out, VIP handling, and guest services with precision and warmth.
  • Proactively handle guest complaints and service recovery, maintaining exceptional satisfaction scores.
