About the Role

The Front Office Manager will oversee all aspects of the front office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences. This key role involves leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service standards.

  • Lead and motivate the Front Office team to achieve excellent performance in check-in/check-out, guest services, and complaint resolution.

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and checklists to maintain brand consistency.

  • Oversee the setup, testing, and implementation of front office systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS) and telephony.

  • Support the preparation and execution of mock drills and trial runs to ensure operational readiness.

Guest Experience Delivery

  • Promote a culture of excellence in guest handling, ensuring seamless interactions and personalized services.

  • Proactively address guest complaints and concerns to maintain high satisfaction scores.

  • Welcome dignitaries, VIPs, repeat guests, and corporate partners personally to uphold brand loyalty.
