**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the recruitment, training and onboarding of front office staff to ensure seamless guest services.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient front desk operations.

**Guest Experience Management:

  • Promote exceptional check-in/check-out processes and provide personalized services to VIP guests.
  • Proactively address guest complaints and service recovery initiatives.

**Team Leadership & Training:**

  • Mentor and lead a team of front desk agents to achieve high standards of performance.
  • Implement regular briefings, performance reviews and grooming standards.

**Operational Excellence & Reporting:**

  • Monitor occupancy rates, arrivals/departures and group movement to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, night audit and guest folio management.

**Interdepartmental Coordination:**

  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B and Security departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
