Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our Front Office team. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, efficient operational processes, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Opening Phase:
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and go-live of front office systems, including property management system, telephony, key management, and mobile check-in.
  • Coordinate mock drills and trial runs to prepare the department for operational readiness.
  • Guest Experience Management:
  • Ensure consistent and personalized check-in/check-out, VIP handling, and guest services.
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery proactively, maintaining high satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hotel operations, preferably in a Front Office role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
