We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our hotel in Kohima, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving pre-opening planning and execution, team building, sales and marketing, financial controls, licensing and compliance, and operational readiness.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct mock drills, soft openings, and trial runs to fine-tune guest experiences.
    • Ensure operational excellence for a seamless grand opening and brand-compliant guest journey.
