We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled hotel operations manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Opening Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate with project teams for smooth handover from construction to operations.
- Develop detailed pre-opening timelines and budgets covering all operational departments.
- Ensure brand standard implementation across rooms, food and beverage outlets, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Oversee operating supplies and equipment procurement for timely setup.
- Team Building & HR Readiness:
- Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and key team members to ensure service excellence.
- Drive training programs focusing on standard operating procedures, brand culture, and guest service standards.
- Sales, Marketing & Business Development:
- Develop and implement the hotel's sales and marketing strategy in alignment with corporate teams.
- Build relationships with local corporations and travel partners to generate buzz and bookings.
- Establish online presence, pricing strategy, and distribution channels.
- Financial & Budgetary Controls:
- Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure cost control and financial efficiency.
- Implement revenue management systems and forecasting tools for optimal business performance.
- Licensing & Compliance:
- Oversee acquisition of necessary licenses and permits for hotel operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, health, and environmental standards.
- Operational Readiness & Launch:
- Conduct mock drills, soft openings, and trial runs to fine-tune guest experiences.
- Ensure operational excellence for a seamless grand opening.
