Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Strategist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our customers' relationships with our company. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee customer relationship management and ensure that each customer is satisfied with our service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer relationship management and handle customer interactions with care.
  • Provide project-wise information to customers as per their requirements.
  • Maintain good rapport with each customer for payments collections, loan processing, documentation, registration, cancellation, etc.
  • Update CRM software with accurate data to ensure seamless customer management.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for loan, legal, registration, and payment-related tasks.
  • Assist with company registration, license renewal, and other business-related requirements.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and escalate sensitive issues to senior management if necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Estimated Salary

Rupees 6,50,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
