Responsibilities- Oversee customer relationship management and handle customer interactions with care.
- Provide project-wise information to customers as per their requirements.
- Maintain good rapport with each customer for payments collections, loan processing, documentation, registration, cancellation, etc.
- Update CRM software with accurate data to ensure seamless customer management.
- Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments for loan, legal, registration, and payment-related tasks.
- Assist with company registration, license renewal, and other business-related requirements.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction and escalate sensitive issues to senior management if necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Rupees 6,50,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
