Job Title: Head - Marketing Automation & Retention Marketing

Role Summary:




  • Develop and implement a customer retention strategy that drives long-term growth and customer loyalty.
  • Design, implement, and oversee marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing and conversion processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and cost reduction.
  • Build and maintain a strong data management and analysis function to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Partner with content creators to develop relevant and engaging content for nurturing campaigns and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Train and mentor the marketing team on automation best practices and ensure successful delivery of campaigns across channels.


Key Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and retention marketing in a B2C technology environment.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing automated campaigns across channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS) and experience with tools like HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with web tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to pivot quickly in high-growth settings and make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term customer acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
