We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Lead to spearhead our user activation and retention initiatives, utilizing marketing automation tools such as Clevertap, WebEngage, or similar platforms.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing automation workflows and journey creation to drive engagement and maximize customer lifetime value.
Campaign Management:
- Design, implement, and manage email and WhatsApp campaigns for user activation, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns using automation tools to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Marketing Automation:
- Utilize marketing automation platforms to create and optimize marketing workflows and customer journeys.
- Ensure the integration of marketing automation systems with CRM, analytics tools, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and manage segmentation strategies to personalize and target communications effectively.
Journey Creation:
- Design and implement comprehensive user journeys that guide customers through the activation and retention stages.
- Continuously evaluate and refine user journeys based on performance data and feedback to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze user data and campaign metrics to derive actionable insights and inform strategy.
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance, user behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
- Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize campaign elements and overall strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing automation with a focus on email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Clevertap, WebEngage, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing complex marketing automation journeys.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems and data management tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Certification in marketing automation platforms is a plus.
