Marketing Automation Strategist

Langoor is a pioneering company in the marketing technology space, seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join its Marketing Technology Team. As a Marketing Automation Manager, this individual will play a key role in creating innovative strategies, designing groundbreaking campaign ideas, and developing emerging Automation practices.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with the Account Managers, Media, Creative, and Studio teams to build and lead campaigns that efficiently and effectively build brands through Marketing Automation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email communications, marketing automation campaigns, and nurture programs that meet business objectives in a flexible and timely manner.
- Design and implement audience segments, lists, and reporting mechanisms to drive engagement and demonstrate success factors and ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on critical metrics, including email marketing results and engagement through the customer journey, identifying opportunities for testing and recommendations for program improvements.
- Manage campaign budgets, optimizing spend and performance based on results.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Design and execute various marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation.
- Collaborate with team members on design and copy/content development.
- Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.
- Run A/B tests for campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Maintain lead management, including lead creation, list loads, sync, scores, alerts, triggers, and data cleanliness, including email deliverability, subscription management, GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance, and de-duplication.
- Create standard and custom analytical reports and dashboards on MQLs, acquisition programs, nurture campaigns, conversion rates, and media buys to track campaign ROI, attribution, and sales effectiveness.
- Track campaign performance and adjust workflows accordingly.
- Ensure compliance while executing marketing campaigns and collecting data.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Marketo, or Oracle Eloqua, or experience in email marketing campaigns, lead generation, and nurturing, and Google Analytics. Eloqua and HubSpot Marketing Automation experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with Marketo and Eloqua is required.
- Any degree or equivalent in Marketing or related fields.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in managing large Automation campaigns with large data sets.
- Candidates must be high-energy, can-do individuals who can operate in a rapidly changing environment and work well under pressure.
- Ability to drive results and initiatives, supported by analytical rigor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
- Goal and results-driven, with the ability to get things done.
- Self-reliant, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Preliminary knowledge of relevant marketing areas, including copywriting, social media, and user experience and user interface design.
- Excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, including being a team player.
- Able to use data to drive results.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus for email template and landing page development.
- Experience building and developing mobile-responsive emails.
