Job Description:Tech Talent Acquisition Expertise:- Proactive identification and engagement of top-tier technical talent through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
We're seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in identifying and attracting top-tier tech talent to join our high-growth SaaS startup in India.
About the Role:- Full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Collaboration with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide expertise on market trends, talent availability, and other relevant factors.
- Data-driven approach to evaluate recruitment strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- 7-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the information security, SaaS, or related tech industries. Start-up experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with information security and technology roles, including software development, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the company's value proposition to candidates.
