Job Description:Tech Talent Acquisition Expertise:

About the Role:
  • Full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Collaboration with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide expertise on market trends, talent availability, and other relevant factors.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluate recruitment strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
  • 7-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the information security, SaaS, or related tech industries. Start-up experience is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with information security and technology roles, including software development, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the company's value proposition to candidates.
