Our Growth Story

We have experienced significant growth over the past year, with our sales and go-to-market function expanding 10X through the efforts of our founder and small sales team. We initially tested Outbound prospecting to validate its scalability and achieved promising results, particularly with cold calling and LinkedIn.

The Role

We are seeking two high-energy Account Executives (AEs) to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to convert SQLs brought in by our Business Development Representatives' (BDR) outbound efforts into revenue-generating opportunities. You will work closely with customers to understand their pain points and showcase how our product can improve their business outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day

You will be responsible for the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals. This involves:

  • Talking to e-commerce business owners globally to understand their needs and present our solutions.
  • Playing the role of a trusted product advisor during sales demos to demonstrate the value proposition of our product.
  • Crafting creative cold emails and LinkedIn messages that break through the noise.
  • Gathering customer feedback and providing insights to our product team to inform future development.
  • Contributing to the development of our sales process to ensure scalability and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in high-volume enterprise sales within the Indian market at an SMB SaaS startup.
  • A proven track record of selling complex solutions to clients.
  • An excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and preferences.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹12 lakhs per annum, paid in advance on the first week of every month. Additionally, we provide generous equity (ESOP) to all team members. Our benefits package includes:
