Strategic Growth Officer

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Officer to lead our business development initiatives and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from various sources and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Present the HRIS and HR advisory to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our product.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing effective strategies and executing them with precision.
- Lead and guide a team of Business Development Executives and Inside Sales professionals, providing mentorship and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Foster strong relationships with business partners, collaborating to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling HRIS or SaaS-based products, with a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a track record of success in driving website traffic and generating leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree equivalent, with a focus on business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of prior industry-related business development experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Estimated Salary: ₹25-35 lakhs per annum
