Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Professional Wedding Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and strong leadership abilities.

Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing sales strategies and executing them effectively
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the company's services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track sales performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
