Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled sales professional to drive revenue growth by selling banquet and event services to corporate clients, weddings, private parties, and other special occasions.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners.
  • This role involves conducting site visits and presentations to prospective clients to showcase our restaurant's facilities and offerings.
  • You will create and deliver compelling proposals tailored to clients' needs, work closely with our culinary, service, and operations teams to plan menus, layouts, and logistics.
  • Manage contracts, payments, and event-related documentation to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve banquet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners.

Event Coordination and Planning:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Liaise with our culinary, service, and operations teams to plan menus, layouts, and logistics.
  • Coordinate event timelines, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the sales and event planning process.
  • Provide post-event follow-up to gather feedback and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banquet/event sales, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Estimated Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on experience.
