Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Wedding Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the luxury, hospitality, or events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across all platforms (social media, email, advertising).
  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to achieve marketing goals, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate on lead generation and nurturing activities.
  • Manage marketing events and webinars, supporting planning and logistics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and refine campaign strategies.

Content Development & Social Media:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule content (posts, reels, stories) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn to maintain an engaging digital presence.
  • Collaborate on video creation (via tools like Canva, InVideo) or manage external editors for high-quality content.
  • Create marketing collateral, blog posts, email newsletters, and presentations that reflect CELEX Ensemble's luxury tone.
  • Ensure all vendor profiles on the CELEX Ensemble website (100+ profiles) are up-to-date, consistent, and visually appealing.

Communications & Public Relations:

  • Manage relationships with PR agencies to align messaging and goals across all communications.
  • Draft, refine, and ensure the quality of all communications materials, including press releases, articles, videos, and internal messaging.
  • Establish and maintain a proactive speaking and awards bureau to promote CELEX Ensemble's thought leadership.
  • Provide support in crafting presentations, talking points, and internal communiques for senior leaders.
  • Advocate for communication best practices and drive a performance-focused ethos within the global marketing team.

Operational Marketing & Systems Management:

  • Oversee marketing technology platforms, tools, and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain and optimize marketing automation systems (e.g., MailChimp) while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Create and maintain marketing documentation and manage the marketing asset library.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and have strong knowledge of content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and HubSpot. They should also have analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and generating insights, a creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Understanding of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and email marketing best practices.
