We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team at NowPurchase, a leading digital marketplace for metal manufacturers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and achieving sales targets in the industrial sales space.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description

This role involves:

  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Work closely with key clients in the region to ensure strong & sustainable growth in each account.
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Client Acquisition & Management: Work on new client acquisitions and background work on potential client development and on-boarding
  • Connect with existing clients for new purchasing requisitions and get a fair amount of payments expected and fund flows.
  • Work on product or category development of product basket at existing customer end.
  • Work with the procurement department to ensure a better bottom line of business for repeat cycle orders.
  • Collaborate across departments: Ensure smoother order execution
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Actively visit potential and existing clients in the foundry industry to promote our products and services.
Qualification and Experience

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

  • B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Chemical
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
