We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at PressureJet Systems Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients.

Estimated salary: ₹8-12 Lakhs per annum.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities through social media platforms, tele-calling, Google searches, and planned industrial visits to establish connections with potential clients.
  • Identify and generate leads, provide technical solutions, schedule meetings, and negotiate orders to achieve sales targets and maximize profit margins.
  • Handle client inquiries, analyze their needs, and offer tailored solutions to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications in CRM and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Compile and submit market analysis reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of work experience in the industrial equipment industry (preferably).
  • Ability to travel extensively across India for up to 15 days per month.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (mechanical engineering preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
  • Negotiation skills to effectively close orders.
