Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at PressureJet Systems Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients.
Estimated salary: ₹8-12 Lakhs per annum.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Pursue new business opportunities through social media platforms, tele-calling, Google searches, and planned industrial visits to establish connections with potential clients.
- Identify and generate leads, provide technical solutions, schedule meetings, and negotiate orders to achieve sales targets and maximize profit margins.
- Handle client inquiries, analyze their needs, and offer tailored solutions to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications in CRM and Oracle ERP systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Compile and submit market analysis reports to inform business decisions.
- A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of work experience in the industrial equipment industry (preferably).
- Ability to travel extensively across India for up to 15 days per month.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (mechanical engineering preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
- Negotiation skills to effectively close orders.
