Sales Development Lead
At MINTIFI Pvt Ltd, we are looking for a State Direct Sales Director to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the designated industries.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads within the distribution and supply chain finance/BNPL landscape.
  • Build strong relationships with key decisionmakers at distribution companies, manufacturers, and financial institutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of your solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize revenue generation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the distribution, supply chain finance, or BNPL sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels, supply chain finance/BNPL concepts, and their relevance to the target industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex business environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
