Job Title: State Direct Sales Manager

About the Role:

As a State Direct Sales Manager at MINTIFI Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the designated industries. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying potential leads, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating and closing sales deals, and managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the distribution, supply chain finance, or BNPL sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of distribution channels, supply chain finance/BNPL concepts, and their relevance to the target industries
