Key Responsibilities
- Product Launch - Launch Brand Partners products in assigned states/territories, ensuring timely availability and visibility at targeted retail outlets.
- Revenue and Volume Targets - Achieve revenue and volume targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing relationships with channel partners, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Team Leadership - Lead the state/area team, responsible for appointment of Super Distributors, Distributors, and Retailers, ensuring smooth and transparent implementation of schemes and promotions.
- Beat and Coverage Plans - Develop and implement beat/coverage plans to ensure optimum inventory levels in distribution, manage relationships with channel partners, and resolve issues promptly.
- Channel Management - Manage relationships with channel partners and Key Accounts, ensuring timely collections and resolving issues efficiently.
