Job Summary
Reddensoft Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in international IT sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new business leads through online bidding channels and inbound leads from freelancing platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their technology needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, costing, and project plans to clients.
- Lead generation through online and offline activities and convert leads into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in online bidding and IT sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
