About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with customers in the Eastern Region and Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage sales operations for the Eastern Region and Bangladesh, including channel sales and business development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and consultants to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts and reports to track business performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. Tech. preferred) with 7+ years of channel sales experience in the Fire Alarm Industry.
  • Strong understanding of the assigned market and technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
