Executive - Sales and Business Development

About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with customers in the Eastern Region and Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage sales operations for the Eastern Region and Bangladesh, including channel sales and business development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and consultants to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and reports to track business performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B. Tech. preferred) with 7+ years of channel sales experience in the Fire Alarm Industry.
- Strong understanding of the assigned market and technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
