Mobility Sales Team Lead

About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Mobility business growth in Kolkata and Delhi. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Kolkata and Delhi markets.
- Build and manage relationships with distribution partners and sales executives to drive growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement sales processes to improve sales performance, including market intelligence and customer feedback analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Management with 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
