This is a remote position.

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies by identifying potential target markets and industries, researching market trends to identify potential business opportunities, and developing comprehensive lead generation plans to target and engage potential clients.
  • Implement effective strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry events.
  • Qualify leads and nurture prospects by conducting initial contact with potential leads to understand their needs, pain points, and requirements, conducting thorough research on potential clients to gather relevant information, and establishing relationships with decision-makers within organizations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and incorporate them into lead generation strategies, providing qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and conversion, and working with sales representatives to identify potential roadblocks and refine strategies for better lead generation.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics by maintaining accurate records of all lead generation activities, including detailed notes on conversations, emails, and meetings with prospects, regularly updating CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information, and analyzing lead generation performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: MBA in Marketing or a related field, proven track record in lead generation, preferably in the technology industry, strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and best practices, and experience using CRM systems and lead-tracking software.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other lead generation tools, and knowledge of current market trends and industry insights.
