Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team at Capillary Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key clients, ensuring world-class service delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in retail, digital, and CRM/loyalty analytics, with a proven track record of driving results in a high-growth company environment. Strong team management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly are essential.

Responsibilities include working closely with the Business Head, managing full P&L for customer relationships, and analyzing business data to identify opportunities for growth. This role is estimated to be approximately $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
