Job Overview

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Field Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new talent, building relationships with recent graduates, and introducing them to our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Understanding: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the local market, including employment trends, job seekers, and potential employers. Identify opportunities to connect with candidates and build a network of contacts.
  1. Enquiry Generation: Develop effective strategies to engage with recent graduates, participate in job fairs, visit colleges, and collaborate with external organizations to generate leads. Build strong relationships with all parties involved to create a list of suitable candidates.
  1. Admission Process: Ensure that students receive accurate information about our courses and guide them through the admission process. Maintain accurate records and provide support throughout their journey.
  1. System Updation & Daily Reporting: Regularly update our systems with new information and submit daily reports on your activities. Contribute to improving batch occupancy and launch new batches as needed.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
