Ampera is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled and driven Tele Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to achieve sales targets, meet call objectives, and maintain high-quality calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating product features and benefits, resolving customer queries through online chat, and generating leads for cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by the Team Leader;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update LMS accordingly;
- Ensure timely updating of customer details on the system;
- Communicate product features, benefits, and mandatory regulatory points to customers;
- Support customer queries through online chat;
- Generate leads for cross-selling opportunities;
Requirements:
- 0-5 years of experience in telesales or a related field;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and LMS;
Benefits:
We offer attractive incentives and a competitive salary of approximately ₹450,000 - ₹600,000 per annum.
